With almost 26 years of experience in finance, international investment, risk management and financial leadership, Wensheng holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics, and has completed his MBA Degree. He is a non-practicing CPA of China, Senior Accountant of China, PMP (project management professionals) and was also a CPA of Australia. Wensheng was the Chief Financial Officer of China Steel Overseas Resources Co. Ltd from 2020 – 2024.
He has been in his current position since November 2024.
