The Samancor Chrome Foundation, which governs our Corporate Social Investment (CSI) efforts, approves the CSI projects that are then implemented, coordinated, and managed by the various business units.

Community relations professionals and their supporting CSI committees, who are part of the local communities, have a deep understanding of local social and environmental needs. This makes them ideally positioned to determine how the company can make the most effective contributions.
